My Night Out

Just got home from watching this amazing man
conduct the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra

with this little cutie on the piano. . .

Do yourself a favor
and click here
to watch her play.

Do you see those people in the front row?
The ones who can see every pulsating movement
of her amazing fingers,
the ones who can read her lips
as she talks and sings to herself while she plays,
and the ones who might actually get
flipped in the face with her hair
as she bows after her performance?

That's where I was sitting.

Amazing.

Thanks, Grandma!

Just in case you were wondering...
she plays slow too,
and it's just as thrilling!

Ok, I watched that performance and I was trying to decide if they were speeding up the film or if her fingers could really fly that much. WOW! That was amazing and you got to be front row. Very cool!

I let Courtney watch this with me. She made me sit by her at my piano and pretend play the chello (sp?) while she played "fast" (moved fingers quickly up and down the keyboard!) like her. It was inspiring to her-thanks for sharing it!
